Scholarship Types

WTS Scholarship

Westminster Theological Seminary (WTS) will select two students to receive a total of $5,000 for tuition per year.

RPTSE Scholarship

The Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary of the East (RPTSE) will select three students to receive $2,400 for tuition each year.

YSPC Emerging Leaders Scholarship

Open to any Korean or Korean-American seminary students who are currently enrolled at an accredited theological seminary in the United States who are pursuing a Masters of Divinity (M.Div.) degree. One must be in need of financial assistance with good academic standing, strong Christian faith, and leadership.

YSPC Open Scholarship

This scholarship is open to devout Korean or Korean-American Christians with the potential and desire to impact the world with their distinctive visions despite challenges faced in life. Potential candidates will be shaped through a mentoring program, and the scholarship may be renewed each year. It is our desire to further develop this fund through various fundraising activities so we can continue to encourage and support our next generation leaders.

Timothy Scholarship

Open to any Korean or Korean-American pastor’s or missionary kids (PK or MK) who have finished their undergraduate degree and are currently enrolled in a graduate program with the intention to become a missionary. One must be in need of financial assistance with good academic standing and demonstrate strong Christian faith and leadership.

YSPC Seminarians Scholarship

Open only to registered members of Yuong Sang Presbyterian Church who are attending an accredited theological school in the US and serving at the YSPC under the care of Senior Pastor. A monthly scholarship of $500 will be supported from the general church fund.

Sojourner Scholarship

The Sojourner Scholarship was founded in 2019 by the generous donors of Eternal Life Ministry (ELM). The scholarship is awarded to a student with legal refugee status entering or currently attend college. The recipient is nominated by the public and then selected by the mercy ministry committee at ELM. There is no formal application.
